Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Attending Monthly Planning Board meetings
• Distributing meeting materials
• Recording minutes
• Part time salary paid quarterly

The deadline for new banners is April 30th, to allow time to process the information and have the banner made in time to be hung by Memorial Day. Banners are taken down shortly before Veteran's Day in November, and a ceremony is held shortly after for new banner recipients to be dedicated back to their families. Please contact the Clerk if you should have any questions.
