-driver's license, photo non-driver's license or passport
-certified copy or certified transcript of applicant's birth record
$30.00 Fee

Get a Handicap Parking Permit
What you will need:
-handicap parking permit application (filled out by doctor)
Download "Handicap Parking Permit"
-driver's license (if applicable)
No Fee

Monday and Tuesday 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
Saturday 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon
No Saturday hours between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
